POLICY CHANGE – RANGE OFFICER
Effective March 1 2025 the Chief Firearms Officer of Ontario has mandated that all active ranges must have a Range Officer on duty. To that end BRRC is making the following change to its Range Officer policy.
During non-discipline hours, when there are more than two people on the range, one will act as a Range Officer. The designated individual is required to wear an orange Range Officer vest. The Range Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of the Firing Line.
